Limited Product Warranty

Prikod warrants all industrial and residential dehumidifiers to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and light commercial use.

Warranty Coverage Terms

• 2-Year Full Warranty: 1-year standard warranty plus 1-year extended warranty after official product registration. This covers full parts and labor for manufacturing defects.
• 5-Year Limited Refrigeration System Warranty: The compressor, condenser, and evaporator are covered for 5 years against factory defects. Labor and shipping fees are not included after the 2-year full warranty period expires.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects caused by the following conditions:

• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts, including air filters
• Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or operation outside the product manual guidelines
• Outdoor use, water immersion, or exposure to extreme weather and corrosive environments
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by third-party technicians
• Power surge, incorrect voltage, or external environmental damage
• Commercial overloaded continuous use beyond product specifications
• Accidental collision, scratch, cosmetic damage, or shipping damage after delivery confirmation

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team via email with your order number, purchase proof, product serial number, and photos or videos of the defective issue. All warranty services will be reviewed and confirmed by our professional technical team. Unauthorized returns for warranty issues are not accepted.

Warranty Validity

This limited warranty is only valid for original purchases from Prikod official website or authorized distributors. It is non-transferable and only applicable for products used within the United States.
