1. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Return Eligibility Window
You have a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date of your Prikod dehumidifier. Only completely unused units with all original accessories, drain hose, filters, user manual and intact factory packaging are qualified for returns. Any unit with signs of use, stains, dents or missing parts will be ineligible for refund.
1.2 Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs, transit insurance and delivery fees are borne solely by the customer for personal-preference returns. We highly suggest using tracked shipping for your return shipment.
1.3 Return Process
- Submit your return request to support@prikod.com within the 30-day valid period.
- Our support team will review your request and provide the official return warehouse address after approval. Do not ship your unit before receiving confirmed return address from our staff.
- Repack the full set of product securely and write your order number clearly on the outer box.
1.4 Refund Processing
After our warehouse receives and passes inspection of your returned eligible unit, we will process your refund to your original payment account within 3 business days. Any extra delays caused by banks or payment platforms are not our liability.
1.5 Non-Returnable Cases
We will reject your return and send the item back at your cost if any of the below situations occur:
- The 30-day return period has expired
- The unit shows usage traces, water damage, collision marks or disassembly
- Original packaging, accessories or attachments are incomplete
- The product was altered, modified or maintained by unapproved third-party technicians
- Damage arises from improper operation, liquid exposure or failure to follow user guide
- Purchased from unauthorized resellers
1.6 Defective Goods Special Note
Factory defective products confirmed by our technical team shall be handled under our Limited Warranty terms, instead of the standard 30-day return refund rule.
2. Limited Warranty Policy
PRIKOD warrants to the original purchaser that this PRIKOD dehumidifier is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship as follows:
2.1 2-Year Full Warranty (1-Year Standard + 1-Year Extended upon Product Registration)
This warranty starts on your original purchase date. It covers all parts and labor needed to repair or replace any defective component caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
2.2 5-Year Limited Warranty on Refrigeration System
We provide a 5-year warranty for the full refrigeration system, including compressor, condenser and evaporator, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, calculated from the purchase date. Labor and shipping fees will not be covered once the above 2-year full warranty expires.
2.3 Exclusions (Warranty Does Not Cover Damage From)
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse, mishandling, accidents, or failure to follow official operating instructions
- Liquid exposure or foreign particles entering the unit
- Maintenance, repair or modifications done by anyone other than PRIKOD or its authorized service providers
2.4 Warranty Validity
This limited warranty only applies to products bought from PRIKOD or its authorized dealers, and used, installed and maintained strictly in line with the user guide and attached official documents.
