1. Shipping Service Coverage
We only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, and PO boxes. Any orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses will be subject to cancellation or refund.
2. Shipping Fee Standard
All shipping fees are calculated and displayed in real time at checkout. The final shipping cost shown on your payment page is the definitive fee for your order. No additional shipping charges will be added after payment.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days for delivery. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
4. Order Modifications
Address changes or order cancellations are only permitted before the order ships. Once dispatched, no modifications or cancellations are available. Any return requests after shipment will follow our official return policy, with all return shipping fees borne by the customer.
5. Shipping Exclusions & Liability
Prikod is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, extreme weather, incorrect customer addresses, or force majeure events. We do not cover compensation for indirect losses caused by delayed delivery.
6. Lost & Damaged Shipment
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage or missing items must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist with carrier investigations and claims for eligible cases.
