Limited Product Warranty

Prikod warrants to the original purchaser that its residential and light‑commercial dehumidifiers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

Warranty Coverage Terms

⚠️ Warranty Activation Notice: Your product comes with an automatic 1‑year standard warranty. The 1‑year standard warranty does not require product registration. Registration within 30‑days of purchase is required to receive the 1‑year extended warranty and 5‑year refrigeration‑system limited warranty. • 2‑YEAR LIMITED WHOLE‑UNIT WARRANTY
  (1‑Year Standard + 1‑Year Extended upon Registration). Covers all parts and labor for defects in materials or workmanship.
• 5‑YEAR REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Limited warranty on Compressor, Condenser, and Evaporator.（Parts‑only; labor not included after the first 2 years.）

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects caused by the following conditions:

• Normal wear‑and‑tear on consumable components, including air filters

• Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or operation outside the product manual guidelines
• Outdoor use, water immersion, or exposure to extreme weather and corrosive environments
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by third‑party technicians
• Power surge, incorrect voltage, or external environmental damage

• Over‑loaded continuous commercial use beyond published product specifications

• Accidental collision, scratch, cosmetic damage, or shipping‑related damage after confirmed delivery

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team via email with your order number, Proof of purchase, product serial number, and photos or videos of the Defect. All warranty services will be reviewed and confirmed by our professional technical team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted without prior warranty‑claim approval.

Warranty Validity

This limited warranty applies only to original‑end‑user purchases made via the official Prikod website or authorized distributors. This warranty is non‑transferable and valid solely for units operated within the United States.
